Q. Why can't rain just run out of my downpipes?

A. It can, but then you can't control where it goes, and it will soak into the ground adjacent to the house and slab, this can then undermine your slab, and cause thousands of dollars worth of damage, over a period of years.

Q. Are your installers qualified at all.

A. Because there is a certain amount of pipework involved, we decided several years ago to only employ staff with a plumbing qualification, then we KNEW we would be getting watertight joints on all our pipework.
