Is
your rainwater draining away?
In Australia all the water that falls from the sky, is dispersed
through soakwells, and as their name suggests, that water
then 'soaks' into the ground. Many houses for one reason or
another dont have soakwells, consequently their rainwater
simply drains from their down pipes and directly into the
ground immediately next to and beneath the house. This situation
isnt ideal as this water. over a period of time, will damage
the slab, and in some cases cause the slab to be undermined
or crack. With a properly fitted soakwell this isnt an issue,
as each soakwell is fitted at least 1 metre from the house.

Solve
your erosion problems
Does your property have soakwells?
If not there could be some serious
repair bills on the horizon, for anything from a cracked
slab, to complete underpinning of your foundations,
which could easily be the case, after erosion from years
of rainwater.
